For us it's not only chasing the northern lights, its a chase of knowledge. Come with us and explore the magical colors where not only the northern lights will illuminate the experience, but the mountains stretching above, while the snow glitters below, and learn about the galaxies and stars shining above us.
Høst
-means the time for harvest and gathering.
Join us on this fantastic season of colors. Together we gather what we find and prepare dinner using our harvest and locally produced ingredients. The different types of herbs, berries, meat used depends on what we get hold of, making every meal unique!
